Remember watching the first moon landing on July 20, 1969? There’s a new TV audience waiting to hear your memories of that giant leap for (hu)mankind — and an opportunity to win a trip with your kids and grandkids to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11’s famous journey.

Grown-up space cadets are invited to submit a photo and their memories of the lunar landing.

The producers of NBC Universal Kids’ Space Racers have launched a nationwide contest for grandparents to tell their Apollo 11 stories.

Space Race LLC is inviting grown-up space cadets to submit a photo and their memories of the lunar landing to www.SpaceRacers.com/Apollo before its July 1 deadline.

The grand prize: a three-day, two-night trip to Orlando, Florida, that covers four people and includes a “One Day Space Adventure” at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Additional prizes include telescopes, binoculars and a passel of Space Racers merch.
